One of the youngest committee members since 2015, Phoenix is a graduate of the Swiss Hotel Management School, class of 2010. Her concierge journey started during her internship at Walt Disney World Florida as a Concierge Guest Service Officer in 2009. After moving back to Macau, Phoenix started her career as Concierge Guest Service Officer in Grand Hyatt, was promoted to Concierge/Grand Club Manager and now moved to Four Seasons Hotel Macao as Chef Concierge. Phoenix is also one of the Les Clefs d’Or Award Candidates in 2017 and she was the 1st Secretary from 2017 to 2018.

Born in Tanzania, studied in the States and lives in Macau. Raymond majored in Hotel and Restaurant Management and started in Andaz West Hollywood as a Housekeeping agent in 2010. He resided to Macau in 2012 and joined Wynn Macau as a Front Desk agent/Concierge. After one year, he joined Sands China – Sheraton Grand as a Concierge agent and got promoted to a Supervisor in 2014. After another year, he joined the pre-opening team for St. Regis Macao where he worked his way up to become an Assistant Chief Concierge.

A 100% made in Macau committee member and Ryan graduated in Institute For Tourism Studies Macao. He started his career as a Concierge agent at the Sheraton Grand Macao in 2012 and after spending almost 6 fruitful years with the world largest Sheraton property, he moved to Galaxy Macau in 2018 to continue his journey as the Manager of Concierge & Front Services Team. Ryan has been serving the Les Clefs d’Or Macau as committee member since 2016, he was also the 2nd Secretary of the society from 2017 to 2018 and after taking a short break in the first-half of 2019, he is now back to the committee again to continue to serve his best to the society.

Born and educated in Hong Kong. Edith worked as sales clerk in the retail industry after school. She moved to Macau and started as Concierge Guest Service Agent at The Venetian Macau in 2007. Edith moved to the Grand Hyatt Macau in 2009 as a Concierge Supervisor and was later promoted to Concierge Assistant Manager. In 2015, she joined Hotel Okura Macau and is currently the Concierge Manager of this hotel. She was also the 1st Treasurer of Les Clefs d’Or Macau from 2017 to 2018.

Jerry Sun

Born and educated in China, Jerry now is a resident of Macau. He started his hotel career in 2000, and worked in Kampinski Dalian as a concierge since 2005. Later he joined Venetian Macao Concierge per- opening team in 2007. He worked in the concierge department for a few hotels under the Sands China Limited in the past 11 years, in charge of baggage service and concierge department. Currently he is the concierge manager in Holiday Inn Sands Cotai Central.
